DIY Pulled Pork Sliders on Biscuits

Here we are with leftovers again. Punish us, right? Who wouldn't love to be faced with pulled pork leftovers! Of course we had to make some sliders...what else!

We had some biscuits that we were thinking about creative ways to use so it was a natural to bake them up for the sliders. Since it was a small meal we didn't want to make a batch of cole slaw so we picked up a container at the grocery store. Since we already published the how to's on the pulled pork we won't repeat ourselves. 

Easy to make...Bake the biscuits, warm the LO pulled pork...spoon it on biscuits...add coleslaw or put on side...close it up and hunker down to satisfaction. It was a real treat for us to have a casual, easy to put together dinner as too many nights we spend hours in the kitchen.
Hope this inspires you to cook the pulled pork and then enjoy some sliders with the LeftOvers.
