International Bruschetta

 
Nothing like a tasty bruschetta with some good artisan bread, a hearty cheese, fresh basil and roasted, ripe tomatoes. While wondering what to make for lunch today, we put these ingredients together and came up with an awesome dish.

We had just returned from the local market and picked up some California greenhouse grown cocktail tomatoes. We roasted them, toasted some sourdough bread and spread the Saint Agur Bleu Cheese on top, sprinkled a bit of fresh basil and we're good to go. The tomatoes were so sweet and delicious! Mmmm!
