Our Kitchen Orchids
We now have two orchid plants growing in out kitchen in the window box and under a grow light. One of them has been with us about ten years and the other is new this year. They are in full bloom and the older one has more flowers than it has ever had before. The younger one has added a couple of blossoms since we bought it, so we think it likes us.
On a quiet Friday, we thought that people might just enjoy the serene natural beauty of these plants as seen through our camera.

ps; Since these photos were taken, we have acquired three new orchids; two of which are quite young and one that is in rehab from one of our kids tender care. LOL. Next year we hope to have photos of all of them.
