DIY Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry with Noodles
A stir fry dinner is always tasty, healthy and quick. We love the many flavors and combinations in stir fry cooking. We tend to make ours a bit spicy and always flavorful. The most important things to remember when you cook a stir fry recipe is to have the sauce and all of your ingredients ready to add to the wok when it's time plus it's really important to have your wok sizzling hot before adding any of the ingredients. It's hard to make a mistake while cooking in a wok because a lot of the ingredients you add or take away depend on the taste you're going for. This recipe is super flavorful and not too spicy. You could substitute any green vegetable if you don't like broccoli. You could also use the pasta of your choice or even rice. So enjoy the flavors!

SERVES:          2
PREP TIME:     10 minutes
COOK TIME:    10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
For the sauce:
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1.5 teaspoons corn starch

For the stir fry:
6-8 ounces spaghetti or pasta of your choice
1 bag (9 ounce)  of organic broccoli florets
1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
Sesame oil to cover bottom of the wok
3 large cloves of garlic, sliced thin
1" fresh ginger, diced small
6 green onions, cut into 1" lengths
Chow mein noodles for crunch (optional)

PREPARATION:
1. Heat wok and bring pasta water to a boil.
2. Cook pasta according to directions. (If you're using angel hair the cooking time is much shorter than spaghetti.)
3. Add the chicken to the hot wok, cook until almost done. Add the broccoli and the remaining ingredients, mix together and cook for a total of about 10 minutes. The pasta should be done after 10 minutes then drain and
add the pasta to the wok.
4. Thoroughly stir all ingredients together and serve.

PLATING:
Serve in warmed stir fry bowls and sprinkle with chow mein noodles if you like the crunch.
