Salmon with Orange Balsamic Sauce
This is a re-post of one of our favorite salmon recipes, a recipe that we have been making for close to twenty five years. It combines the wonderful flavors of Mandarin oranges with the sweet-tart flavor of balsamic vinegar. The salmon is served over pasta. In this case we used tagliatelle surrounded by slices of Mandarin orange. The recipe is available Here.
