Ulimate Fish Taco with New Tomatillo Salsa
We're always looking for a great Mexican food treat when Cinco de Mayo comes around. This year would it be chicken or fish. The rock cod looked so fresh we couldn't resist buying it. Then the creative part kicked in and we added a new tomatillo salsa. The best fish tacos have a great salsa and this fit the bill. We added assorted colored mini peppers, some sweetness and a bit of spice. Oh, YUM! It was so wonderful! The complete recipe is on our website Here.
