Here it is, December again and we're thinking about creative ideas with a holiday theme. This is a repost that we thought our readers would enjoy seeing again as a reminder of a very simple dessert that looks impressive when served to your guests. There is no real recipe. We cooked up a package of chocolate pudding and when it cooled we put it in a beautiful wine glass. You can put it in any glass shape you like for the effect you want. We bought some cool whip and added a touch of creme de menthe. Stirred it around to a nice light green and put a dollop on top. As you can see, we added a peppermint stick for fun. There is a quick, easy holiday treat for you and your friends.
