DIY King Crab over Farfalle Pasta
We can't resist a crab meat treat every now and then and, of course, we always love pasta. This is a really simple dish with a delicate flavor and a super easy to make dinner. By the time the pasta is finished cooking you're ready to put all of the ingredients together and serve. Delicious, quick and easy! Great combination!
SERVES: 2
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 12 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces cooked king crab meat
1/3 C garlic flavored olive oil (if you don't have it on hand use olive oil and add about 4 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped)
Juice from 1 lemon
Zest from 1 lemon
1/4 C chopped fresh basil
6-8 ounces farfalle pasta (or your favorite pasta)
Parmesan cheese for garnish
PREPARATION:
1. Cook pasta according to directions on the pasta.
2. While pasta is cooking, saute all of the remaining ingredients in a large non-stick saute pan.
3. When pasta is ready, add to the pan, mix thoroughly and serve.
PLATING:
Serve on a heated plate and garnish with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
