DIY Lox, Cream Cheese and Capers on a Jalapeno Bun

 New York, New York - Oh the food we could get there. Give me a good Jewish Deli and I'm in seventh Heaven. Well, problem is we're in Nor Cal in the foothills and any kind of deli is in short supply. Never fear, we'll do our own California style...

We start with a Jalapeno Cheddar bagel made locally. Add a layer of organic creamed cheese, a pile of Salmon lox from Alaska, some capers of indeterminate origin and thin slices of an organic red onion. Serve with a piece of lime and you have our Sunday breakfast. To die for...
